He was predeceased by: his parents, Winnie Neal and Clifford Neal; his children, Jason Neal and Wendy Nunez; and his grandson Zachary Nunez.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Neal; his children, Robert Neal, Shae Neal, Brock Champagne, Chad Champagne, Paul Champagne and Sherry Hughes; and his siblings, David Neal, Julie Orrick and Abby Pellegrin. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
