He is survived by: his wife Sherryl Moore Carlos; his brothers, Craig Carlos, Penny, Wayne Carlos and Debbie; his stepson Philip Cantrelle, Jr.; his daughter Brandie Barnes (Kevin); his grandchildren, Alexis "Lexie" Carter, Kyle Troutman and McKenna Barnes; and his great grandchild Matthew Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
