With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Hargrave of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on March 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Camille (Wendover DomangueGoodbye) and May. She is survived by: her husband Manuel Hargrave; her children, Heidi Keel (Lee), Darrin Hargrave, Trudy Cavaness (Daron), Shelley Hitt (Waco) and Cindi Bowen (Troy); her grandchildren, Dillan (Bethany), Shi, Zacharie (Tatum), Darrin Jr., Jason, Justin, Camille, Jordan, Evan, Austin and Tyler; her pet Dudley; and her siblings, Donald Domangue (Pat) and Karen Thibodeaux (Aubrey). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chauvin Funeral Home & Crematory (5899 LA-311, Houma, LA 70360). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memories Cemetery (3658 W Main St, Gray, LA 70359).
