He was predeceased by: his parents, Eloise Robinson and Abraham Parfait Sr.; his mother-in-law Mary Trosclair; and his siblings, Elton Billiot Sr. and Eloise Naquin.
He is survived by: his wife Dynell Trosclair Billiot; his children, Ellis Billiot, Jr. (Melissa), April Sunshine Billiot Thibodeaux (Kevin), Jacob Billiot (Nikisha) and Jessica Plaisance (Webb); and his siblings, Eldrina Fleming, Abraham Parfait, Jr. (Robin) and Holly Lawson (Buck). He is also survived by his family and friends.
