It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Durkins of Houma, Louisiana, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander, Jr. Durkins and Carrie Johnson Durkins; his siblings, Hayward, Willie, Alexander Durkins, III, Elaine D. Austin, Dianne D. Scoby and Zeovie D. Redmond; and his grandparents, Henry, Olivia Johnson, Alexander Durkins, Sr. and Ellen Brooks Sims.
He is survived by: his daughter Corrippia Johnson Burel (Darrick); and his siblings, Stanley, Noel Durkins and Laura Jones. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandchild.
