He was predeceased by: his children, Allen Celestin, Jr. and Aerial Celestin; his parents, Charles, Sr. Celestin and Onetia Garner Celestin; his brother Minister Charles B. Celestin; and his grandparents, Rev. Thomas Lee, Sr., Nellie Ringo Celestin, Rev. Andrew Garner, Sr. and Beulah Calloway.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua Celestin and Lydia C. Wallis; his stepdaughter Lakeisha Clement; and his siblings, Michael, Floyd, Brian, Wayne, Richard, Rogers Celestin, Linda Moses and Patronella Frazier. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
