He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Smith Jr.; his grandparents, Ida Adams, Audrey Pitre and Steve LeBlanc; and his great-grandparents, Beatrice Blanchard and Harry J. LeBouef.

He is survived by: his parents, Evans LeBlanc and Florence LeBlanc; his siblings, Chad LeBlanc, Ida Smith and Kaley LeBlanc; his half-siblings, Evans Jr., John LeBlanc, Cody, John Bourg and Donna Bourg; his aunts and uncles, Wilbert Jr., Jake, Anthony Adams, Robert LeBlanc, Melissa Adams, Penny Pitre and Betty Authement; his grandfather Wilbert Adams Sr; and his pet Chico. He is also survived by numerous nieces and cousins.
