He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Benoit and Jean Benoit; his brothers, Ricky, Ronald, Terry and Jerry; and his granddaughter Arianna Dardar.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Songe Benoit; his sons, David, Kevin and Bradley; his stepsons, Michael, Scott and Christopher; his daughter Alberta; his stepdaughters, Michelle, Becky, Candace and Kristen; and his siblings, Paul Jr., Patrick, Richard, Donald, Charlie, Jean, Charlene and Peggy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to assist with funeral expense.
