He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Smith Billiot; his son Albert A. Billiot III; his sister Hazel B. Francis; and his brother-in-law Joseph Billiot. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
