He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Clements of Hosston, LA; his children, Alecia Clements Alexander (Shaun) of Hosston, Samantha Clements of Vivian, LA and Dayton "Sonny" Sam Clements III; his wife Erin Lynn of Hosston; his niece Tasha Schaper (Jon) of Bartlesville, OK; and his siblings, Cindy Prestridge (Ronny) of Hosston, LA, Bruce Clements of Hosston and Terry Clements (Tracie) of Blanchard, LA. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 5 (with another on the way) great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
