She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Holden; her father Roscoe N. Clay Sr.; her siblings, Claude Clay (Jimmy) and Dolores Clay; and her nephew Adam Clay.
She is survived by: her mother Claudia Clay of Hosston, LA; her brother Roscoe Clay Jr.; her wife Jami of Smithland, TX; her nieces, Mindi Broussard (Erik) of Hosston, LA, Lauryn Broussard, Presleigh Clay and Daleigh Clay; and her nephew Jeremy Clay (Shannon) of Stephenville, TX. She is also survived by other cousins, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Hosston-Gilliam United Methodist Church in Karen's honor.
