Cook Jr. of Chicago, IL., Jared Maricle (Sarah) of DeRidder, LA., Pennie Johnson (Jeffery) of Baton Rouge, LA., Jennifer Sandefer (Dennis) of Eunice, LA., Laura Mrales (Lorenzo) of Nacogdoches, TX., Amanda Spann (Brody) of Meneola, TX. and Sahatelle Cook; and his siblings, Charles Andrews of Hammond, LA., Bridges Cook of Oak Park, IL., Jimmy Davis (Kathy) of Rosepine, LA., Louise Martin (Malcolm) of Oak Park, IL. and Patricia Leroy (Wendel) of San Jose, CA.. He is also survived by grandkids, great grandkids nieces and nephews.
