He is survived by: his wife Joan Snell of Hornbeck, LA.; his children, Vicki Fralick (Ricky) of Forest Hill, LA., Van Roland Snell Jr. (Loria) of Hornbeck, LA. and Rolanda Geoffroy (Chad) of Hornbeck, LA; his siblings, Roy Lee Snell (Thelma) of Hornbeck, LA. and LaMerle Hughes (Dick) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Kurt, Katie Arthur, Alainah, Jessie Semons, Caleb Snell, Ashley, Colby Johnson, Courtney Townson, Meranda Hickman, Cade Geoffroy and Colby Chance; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Jessah, Jemmah, Juliah, Jane, Charlee, Gracee and Creed.
