With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mixon Stacey (Hornbeck, Louisiana), who passed away on October 30, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Jones and Oma Ouida Jones (Self); and his siblings, Edward, Paul, Elvin Jones, Laverne Parlee and Fourthie Cole.
He is survived by: his wife June Marilyn Jones of Hornbeck, LA; his children, Donna Jones of Austin, TX, Belinda Jones of Bryan, TX, Stephen Jones of Hornbeck, LA and Phillip Jones, Sr. (Denise) of Dallas, TX; his sister Edna Mitternight of Lake Charles, LA; and his grandsons, Phillip Jones, Jr. of Dallas, TX, Benjamin Jones of Austin, TX, Laura Hannevold and Simen Hannevold of Norway. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Habitat for Humanity, 22 Until None (for Veterans with PTSD) or the charity of your choice.
