He is survived by: his wife Shelly Chisholm of Hornbeck, LA; his children, Terrell Alvey of Florida and Lani Chisholm of Hornbeck, LA; his stepson Dalton Boudreaux of Hornbeck, LA; and his brothers, Jimmy Dean Crittenden of Florien, LA, Daymon Marc Crittenden (Shelly) of Chico, TX and Christopher Clay Crittenden (Kathy) of Kingswood, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
