She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Knippers and Mary Mitchell Knippers; her son Ricky West; her siblings, Jimmy Knippers, Velma Oxlay and Marie Sparks; her husband Jimmie Lee West of Hornbeck; and her children, Jimme Dale West (Tommie), Bennie Gale West, Gienell Doyle (Kenny) and Barbara Despino.
