He is survived by: his wife Merle June Lewing Salter (Withers) of Hornbeck, Louisiana; his daughter Deborah Jean Salter (Debbie); his siblings, Diane Salter Anthony of Florien, Louisiana and Stanley "Butch" Salter (Brenda) of DeRidder, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Matthew Lance Crittenden (Donna), Courtney Leigh Crittenden Lapp (Jared), Kody Lane Arthur (Chelsea Megan Leann), Anton William Salter (Emily Claire), Aliona Grace Salter, Ryan Hart and Emily Morgan Salter Pass (Matthew). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.
