He is survived by: his wife Bunny Barnes Gierisch of Hornbeck, LA; his children, Dorman Paul Gierisch (Tanya) of Bruceville-Eddy, TX, Joe Wayne Gierisch (Willow) of Bowie, TX, Randy Scott Gierisch of Leesville, LA, Robert Mason Gierisch (Elizabeth) of Syracuse, MO, Melissa Roswell of Bowie, TX and Samantha Desirae Gierisch (Charles) of Leesville, LA; his father Dorman Chester Gierisch; and his siblings, Jerry Dale Gierisch (Lee Anne) of Keller, TX and Judy J. Gierisch-Majors of Hurst, TX. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
