He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Powell (Janet) of Hornbeck, LA, Doyle Powell (Cindy) of Hornbeck, Gene Powell, Glenda Powell Broyles (Charles) of Hornbeck, LA and Tammy Summers (David) of Evans, LA; and his nieces and nephews, Ken Powell, Jimmy Powell, Mark Powell, Matthew Summers, Patrick Summers, Aaron Powell, Sherry Dugas, Kami Jones, Heather Maggard and Marissa Powell. He is also survived by great nephews & nieces and extended family.
