He is survived by: his wife Deborah Holden of Hornbeck, LA; his daughters, Misty Johnson (Johnnie) of Alexandria, LA and Amanda Holden of Hornbeck, LA; his stepmother Cindy Hayden; his grandchildren, Katlynn Johnson, Izzibelle Banks and Stormie; and his siblings, Judy Marie of Texas, Mary Holden of Texas, Bobbie Lewis of Slidell, LA, Peggy Holley of Texas, Racheal Marie of Texas, Casey Holden of Texas, Terry Kay of Texas, Jimmy Baldi of Negreet, LA and Lee Holden of Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, honorary children, grandchildren and friends.
