She is survived by: her husband Wayne Douglas Hale; and her children, Tommy Burns (Sondra), Wayne D. Burns (Cherri), Vickie Wright (Dennis), Joanna Stewart, Bonnie Smith and Dot Hale. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
