She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry M. Phillips and Earmina Albritton Phillips; her husband Bobby Simpson; her great grandchild Addison Black; and her son-in-law Jerry Clark.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dena Simpson Clark and Vicki Simpson Bailey (Ken); her grandchildren, Lauren Carroway (Justin) and Colin Bailey (Bethany); her great grandchildren, Marley Black, McCrae Carroway, William Bailey and Stella Bailey; and her siblings, Darlene Lombardino of Shreveport, Clayton Phillips (Margaret) of Bentonville and Mark Phillips of Farmerville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers memorials can be made to the Homer Church of Christ or donor's choice.
