She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Heard and Elizabeth Heard; her siblings, Horace Heard, Ellis Heard and Barbara Ann Hartsell; her brother-in-law John Hartsell (Sammy Heard); her great grandchild Everly Stinson; and also Ruby Heard.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Jones; her daughters, Angie (Tim Winters), Christina (Jamie Dixon), Elicia Cornejo and Fargo (James Bingham); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Courtney, Brandon, Allison, Jacob, Lyssa, Bren, Gabi, Joseph, Tobias, Elijah, Zechariah, Jeremiah and Joshuah. She is also survived by 16 great-grand-children and numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ruple Baptist Church (469 LA-540, Homer, LA 71040).
