He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Knight and Lula B. Knight; his grandson Terrian "TJ" Williams; his great grandchild Alandis Schaffer Reed; and his sisters, Lula Mae Knight and Virgie Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Schaffer Knight; his children, Tanya Willians, Letanya Schaffer Kinchen (Carlos), Leon Knighr, Sherrell Knight and Jerica Schaffer (Eric); and his siblings, Sonny WIllie Ross, Grant Ross, Roy Lee Ross (Rose), Ethel B. Knight, Mary Jenkins and Leatha Pearl Knight. He is also survived by grandchildren and (5) great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Cemetery (17400 Florida Blvd, Holden, LA 70744). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the same location.
