He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie L. McLeod and Ethel Sue Rushing McLeod; his wife Elizabeth Jane Voight McLeod; his daughters, Shirley Jean McLeod and Debra Jane Knight; his grandson Jonathon Knight; and his siblings, Harold, Robert, Carl McLeod and Donnis Granger.

He is survived by: his son Timothy McLeod (Twana); his grandchildren, Christopher Knight (Lindsey), Kendall McLeod (Meghan), Jacob Knight and Kristen Baudier (Randall); his great grandchildren, Caiden, Brooklyn, Jaycee, Logan, Noah and Cali; and his siblings, Willie Ray, Johnny McLeod and Shirley Sawyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
