He is survived by: his wife Mary Rice; his son Stephen Paul Rice; and his siblings, Eugene Rice, Wachel Rice (Cookie), Nathan Rice (Betty), Herman Rice (Sissy), Jesse Massey (Phillip Beach) and Wanda Cox (Larry). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
