She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Franklin Goodwin and Cassie Loucreasie Kirkpatrick Goodwin; her husband Earl Lee Maddox; her son Robert Earl Maddox; her siblings, Ida Mavis Martin and Donald Samuel Goodwin; and her son-in-law Jimmy Mack Lukasik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Elaine Lukasik of Hicks, LA and Sherri Earlene Bennett of Hicks, LA; her daughter-in-law Brenda Maddox of Hicks, LA; her grandchildren, Amanda Lee Lukasik, Robert Wayne Maddox, Travis Dale Lukasik (Joanna), Tammy Earlene Maddox, Jessica Lane Kough (Brian), Kaleb Aaron Bennett, Kameron Cole Bennett and D'Andre DeWayne Maddox; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Lukasik, Eli Lukasik, Avi Lukasik, Harleigh Welch, Gunner Kough, Ryleigh Kough, Brooklyn Bennett and Brettlyn Bennett.
