She was predeceased by: her parent Oliver Sullivan; and her siblings, Oliver Sullivan, Jr., Harold Eugene Sullivan, Leila Hicks and Mary Etta Sullivan.
She is survived by: her parent Lona Sullivan (Brumley); her children, Eugene Jack Sullivan (Sandra Jo) and Deborah Hollars (Don); her grandchildren, Crystal Dawn Connelly (Trevor), Don L. Hollars, Glenn Hollars and Heather Stephenson; her stepgrandson Ronnie Beaty; and her siblings, Juanita Vaughn and David Sullivan.
