He is survived by: his son Frank Dawson James of Deville, LA; his parents, Elmer James Sr. of Hicks, LA and Lugene Qualls (Wayne) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Cody Wheeler (Rejena) of Leesville, Toby James of Hicks, Stacey Martin (Toby) of Grant, LA and Sabrina James of Tennessee. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews along with many friends.
