In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Thomas leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Thomas may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Lachney; his daughter Tracy Tyler; his parents, Lonis Lachney and Tessie Lachney; and his siblings, Lois Lacombe, Katherine Mayeux and Marvin Lachney.
He is survived by: his daughter Marla McIntyre; and his siblings, Harold Lachney (Patricia) of Hessmer and Yvonne L. Dauzat of Hessmer. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie Wednesday (302 St John St, Bunkie, LA 71322). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home (302 St John St, Bunkie, LA 71322).
