It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Jeansonne Villemarette of Hessmer, Louisiana, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herndon Jeansonne and Alicia McCarson Jeansonne; her brother Andy Jeansonne; and her brother-in-law Phil Grissaffe. She is survived by: her children, Austin Ducote of Echo, Shelby Ducote of Holloway and Joni Ducote of Hessmer; her siblings, Sandy Joffrion (Butch) of Fairhope, AL, Jackie Grissaffe of Denham Springs and Herndon "Buzz" Jeansonne, II (Rikki) of Cottonport; her sister-in-law Peggy Jeansonne of New Orleans; and her grandchildren, Anna, Alyssa, Addison, Paisley, Kamree and Trey.
