He is survived by: his daughters, Makayla Partain (Noah) of Castor, LA and Makenlee McCall (Dustin) of Minden, LA; his father Larry Don Bates (Missie) of Heflin, LA; his grandchildren, Wesley, Conlee Partain, Haegan and Colton McCall; his brothers, Clint Bates (Elizabeth) of Bossier City, LA and Michael Bates of Heflin, LA; his nephews, Drake Bates and Daegan Bates; and his niece Melanie Giacobbi. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rockett Funeral Home (2438 Military Rd, Ringgold, LA 71068). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rockett Funeral Home Chapel (2438 Military Rd, Ringgold, LA 71068).
