It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbye Farrar Swearengin of Heflin, Louisiana, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Alvin and May Elizabeth Moran; and her husbands, Homer Farrar and James Swearengin. She is survived by: her daughters, Dale Furniss (Kenneth), Carolyn Derbonne (Ronald) and Sharon Foster (Ralph); and her grandchildren, Lisa Bustillo, Shelly Farrar, Shivonne Derbonne and Joe Cochran. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
