She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence L. Maxwell and Jewel Kelly Maxwell; her children, Kenny Wilks and Kristina Wilks; and her grandson Jonathan James Wilks.
She is survived by: her husband James L. Wilks; her children, Jimmy Wilks (Linda) of Hebert and Jamie Wilks of Hebert; and her grandchildren, Kristina Kelone, Jessica Wilks, Chris Wilks, Amanda Boyette, Sarah Baxter, Samantha Wilks (Bobby Perot) and Chance Flores.
