He was predeceased by: his parents, A. O. Waller and Woodrow Waller. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Waller; his daughter Melissa Ann McEachern of Haynesville, LA; his granddaughter Raley Ann McEachern; his great grandchild Lakelyn Ann Ratliff of Dallas, TX; his granddaughter Marley Kelly McEachern of Monroe, LA.; his son Thomas Casey Waller (Lisa); and his grandsons, Thomas Jacob Waller of Magnolia, TX and Cohen Luke Waller of Magnolia, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the First Baptist Church, 2021 Main Street, Haynesville, LA 71038.
