He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Bourn and J. A. Bourn; his brothers, Wayne and Duane Bourn; and his daughter-in-law Carol Bourn.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Kirkpatrick Bourn; his children, Karen Walker of Lake Charles and Tommy Bourn (Patti) of Homer; his grandchildren, Keith Walker (Michelle) of Lake Charles, Erin Stewart (Mike) of Benton and Caroline Bourn Talberg (Alex) of Boulder, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Michael Fontenot, Jack Walker, Ashlyn Bourn, Avery Bourn, Anna Grace Bourn, Avelyn Stewart and Jack Stewart; his sisters-in-law, Janis and Lorraine Bourn; and his grandsons, Thomas Bourn, Mike Stewart, Alex Talberg, Michael Fontenot and Jack Walker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
