He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Mason and Iris Mason; and his brother J. E. "Eddie" Mason. He is survived by: his brothers, Tommy Mason (Nancy) and David Mason (Susan Fethke); and his sister-in-law Kathy Mason. He is also survived by two nieces and five nephews.
