She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Norsworthy and Mary Hollis Norsworthy; and her husband Lewis Henry Pratt. She is survived by: her sons, Lynn Pratt (Mindy) of Tyler, TX and Gary Pratt (Kelly) of Broken Arrow, OK; her sisters, Betty Bolding of Strong, AR and Jo Howard of Nashville, AR; and her grandchildren, Ryan Henry Pratt (Kelli) of Kingwood, TX, Katie Pratt of Tyler, TX, Van Elizabeth Pratt of Ada, OK and Sydney Allison Pratt of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by three great grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the charity of the donor's choice.
