She was predeceased by: her parents, John Russell and Mavis Gaines Russell; her husband Reecy Marlin Hicks, Sr.; her grandchildren, Samantha Bailey and Eric Smith; and her siblings, Travis Russell, Annie Lee Bishop, Dorothy Hicks and Helen Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Ann Smith of Pine Bluff, AR, Peggy Meeks of El Dorado, AR, Janet Hicks of Haynesville, LA, Pamela Bailey of Haynesville, LA, Betty Taylor (Chuck) of El Dorado, AR, Wendy Foster of Haynesville, LA and Reecy Marlin Hicks, Jr. (Edith) of Haynesville, LA; and her grandson Jackie White of Junction City, LA. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty one great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
