He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson and Aubyn. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jerry, Jr. of Arcadia, Daryl of Homer and Patsy (Chris) of Haynesville; his grandchildren, Dustie (Robert) of Oklahoma, Reed of Arcadia, Briiana of Homer, Parker of Haynesville and Carmon of Ruston; his great grandchildren, Gauge, Paige of Oklahoma, Kinley of Arcadia, Averie of Sarepta and Mila of Homer; his sisters, Shirley Miller (Richard) of Shreveport and Lajuana Reeder (Robert) of Dubach; and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Teague (Mary) of Texas, Greg Teague (Jennifer) of Texas, Clint Benefield (Leslie) of Shongaloo, Holly Weaver (Chris) of Choudrant, Celee and English.
In lieu of flowers honoring Jerry, his family suggests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
