Harper of Haynesville, Louisiana, born in Homer, Louisiana, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lillie Chisholm Harper. He is survived by: his wife Lorie Boley Harper; his daughters, Katie Miles (Brandon) and Shelby Harper; his grandchildren, Addison of Haynesville, Lillie Ann of Haynesville and Braden of Haynesville; his sister Sandra Caraway (Jay) of Bossier City; his father-in-law Lloyd Boley of Bossier City; and his brother-in-law Fred Boley (Carolyn) of Shreveport.
