It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie N Rowe of Haynesville, Louisiana, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Rowe and Nona Faye Wynn Rowe; and his sister Judy Rowe Garrett. He is survived by: his brother Jackie Ray Rowe; his brother-in-law John A. Garrett; his niece Sheila Garrett Burkhalter; his great-nephew Garrett C. Burkhalter; and his great-niece Shelby P. Burkhalter.
