He is survived by: his wife Michele Packer Taylor; his daughters, Shelby Taylor and Katie Taylor; his mother Melba Jean Taylor of Haynesville, LA; his mothers-in-law, Marilyn Arthur of Shongaloo, LA and Barbara Packer of Leesville, LA; his sisters, Cheryl Taylor of Haynesville, LA and Sherry Misenheimer (Alan) of Benton, LA; his siblings-in-law, Bryan Packer of Leesville, LA and Alicia Kemp of Alabama; his cousins, Dean Lento of Haynesville, LA and Matt Young (Lynn) of Magnolia, AR; and also Hunter Sandlin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to the charity of donor's choice.
