She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Wise and Elsie Marie Tubberville; her former husband Paul Allen "Hank" Lee; her daughter-in-law Emma Janine McDaniel Lee; and her grandson James Thomas Atwood Sturtevant.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Perkins of Haynesville, LA; her son Cory Lee (April) of Minden, LA; her stepdaughter Ramona Perkins of Bossier City, LA; her grandchildren, Sara Amaya (Israel) of Corpus Christi, TX, Paul Lee of Corpus Christi, TX, Victoria Lee of Corpus Christi, TX and Scott Perkins of Bossier City, LA; and her great grandchild Ezra Amaya of Corpus Christi, TX. She is also survived by several close friends and cousins.
