He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Merle, Donna Thomas, Robert and Helen Hicks; and his friend Jeremy Bilberry.
He is survived by: his children, Malloree, Zachary and Abigail; his parents, Bob Hicks (Sandra) and Nancy Isacksen (Gary); and his siblings, Bryan Stevenson, Garron Hicks (Jenessa), Jason Staggs, Eric Staggs (Amber), Kathleen Stevenson and Brandi Irby (Donnie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
