He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie Walker and Otto Maddox, Sr.; and his siblings, James Maddox, Felton Maddox, Otto Maddox, Jr., Lewyman Maddox and Mary Jane Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Nicolette Monique Maddox of Houston, TX and Kris Gaston of Houston, TX; and his siblings, Jera Bradford, Joyce Baker, Janell Brown (Sherman) and William Maddox (Mary) of Haynesville, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers honoring Mr. Maddox, his family suggests memorials be made to Pine Hill CME Church Building Fund.
