He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bailey and Ella Mills Bailey; his former wife Joy Moore Bailey; his children, Jean Bailey, Bobby D. Bailey, Mark Bailey and Sam Bailey; and his grandchildren, Timothy Mark Bailey, Jr. and Samantha Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Bailey of Haynesville, LA; and his children, Sharon Murray (Wallace) of Bluffton, SC and Robin Bailey (Linda) of Crossett, AR. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
