We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Alta Faye Caldwell of Haynesville, Louisiana. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Bishop Bailey and Dolphus "Doc" Bailey; her husband Donald Caldwell; her children, Marty Estep and Lisa Estep; and her siblings, Earl Bailey, Sim Bailey, Harold Bailey, Harry Bailey, Martha Gray and Mary Jane Lindsay.

She is survived by: her children, Charlie Estep (Sissy) of Haynesville and Patricia Ward (Ricky) of Linden, TX; her stepchildren, Mark Caldwell (Lesa), Tracy Eaglin (Ray), Cathy Fullen (Tracy) and Cindy Riviere (Len); her grandchildren, Michael Estep, Clayton Estep, Mindy Hartzo and Trisha Martin; and her stepgrandchildren, April McCormick, Jenifer Carnley, Josh Caldwell, Joby Fullen, Culley Fullen, Brett Riviere, Katie Green, Emily Riviere and Ray "Ray Ray" Eaglin. She is also survived by twenty one great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews.

A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Summerfield Cemetery (170 Duke Dr, Bernice, LA 71222).
