He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Henry Lewis and Claudie Bishop Lewis; and his wife Barbara Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lewis (Rickie Good), Sherry Lewis (Sean Ambridge) and Christy Beene of Benton, Arkansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandson, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
