He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kenly and Louise Kenly; his wife Blondell Kenly; and his sons, Clifton Earl Kenly and Floyd Kenly.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Rocha (Mario) and Lisa Tubbs (Roy); his grandchildren, Cynthia Joncas (Brian), Katrina Sproles and Sharlot Cooper (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Taylon, Nathan, Raegan, Ian, Corey and Kylie.
